February meeting was called to order at

Pledge of Allegiance was led by Richard Hart, Jr.
The
minutes were read by the Secretary and accepted.
Mary
McGee gave the Treasurer’s report.
$350.00 was paid for club liability insurance.
There
were 42 members and 2 visitors present.
Members

Sizes Small through Extra Large will sell for $12 each.
The triple X size will sell
for $13 each.
Mary
McGee said that Jim Stewart would do a special screening for those persons
that want a different style t-shirt other than
what the club sells; i.e., the V-neck t-shirt Mary likes.
Amy
Hart talked about the TCAS
MONTHLY, which is the club newsletter.
She emphasized that she needs input.

Richard
Hart, Sr said that the hunt on
Saturday, February 9 is intended to clean up the hunt area of the park and
have fun. He plans to bury some
tokens that will be good for silver tokens and coins..
There will be prizes.
Participants
in the hunt are to meet at the park at

Mitch
King asked for volunteers to plant coins, count the coins that are found,
people to bring a covered dish and to help clean up after the Annual Benefit
Hunt at

informed the members that when he buries the large club token, he will
provide, at one time, all the necessary clues to recover the token.
Daniel
Hart will be giving a plaque to the winner of the Find of the Month with a
picture of their find each month.
Dabney
Small was the winner of the plaque for January.
Terry
Shannon won the Finds of the Year 2007.
One of his rings was the favorite.
Richard
told us that a ring he found won 4th place on Treasure Depot.
Larry
Blair demonstrated his backsaver
shovel.
