Coast Archeological Society Meeting
October 6, 2010.
The next meeting is on Wednesday, November 3, 2010.
The October meeting was called to order at 7:38 p.m. by Richard Hart, Sr., President of TCAS.
The minutes can be read on the club web site which is www.tcas.us.
The treasures report this month informed the members of the post office box price has increased $60.00 and the magazine subscription for the library will be renewed.
Attendance: Members: 40 Guests: 4
Rich jr. lead us in the pledge. Then Richard began the meeting with all the information about the multi-park hunt on saturday, October 9, 2010. He gave everyone an idea of what is planted in the parks including a silver dollar an other old coins. Also he let us in on special items that would win prizes and gift cards.
We also have a new member: He joined the club at the hunt.

Mitch spoke about the raffle (treasure box). October price $7.00 for 5 tickets and gave a hint as to what might be inside. He said that we live on the treasure coast and most people would love to find a coin from one of the wrecks and other stuff.
Mary is going to make reservations for Marsh Landings, for our Christmas party, either for the 4th or 5th of December.
Doughnuts are on Marty, coffee is Kara, and drinks are Wayne's for the hunt and Joan for the meeting.
