 TCAS Monthly Meeting Notes

September 2005

The meeting was called to order by club president, Richard Hart, Sr. at 7:30 p.m.

The minutes were read and approved.

Mary McGee reported on what she found out concerning why the Indian River beaches are closed to the public after a hurricane.  She said she gave the information to Jim Stewart and didn't feel that she should have a meeting with the person in charge.  Jim Stewart will contact Mr. King.

Will Rose gave a report about the August hunt in the five parks.  He reported that it was successful and all attended had a good time.  He would like to have seen more club members participate.

Mitch King talked about the mystery token hunt.  He told us that the token had been especially made and has TCAS written on it.  Two clues have now been given

Richard Hart said that there would be a meeting of those persons who will be planning the annual hunt that is held in March after the October meeting.
